

We do however have a Widevines license with Google and agreements with Adobe for PPAPI Flash. We cannot release Dragon in this build configuration with the Google Chrome codecs as it would not be legal and licensed correctly. It's probably built with different GYP_DEFINES and therefore includes these proprietary codecs and the Widevines plug-in, which again may not be licensed correctly. I don't want to make any accusations here but one possible reason could be that chrlauncher is not licensed correctly. When building Google Chrome, the following codecs/containers are also included:ĪAC audio codec (Main only, not AAC-LC, AAC-SSR, HE-AAC) The page then goes on to say that Google Chrome has extras: This details the audio video for Chromium and Google Chrome.
